The YMG Hunt (hereinafter, the “Event”) is organized by YMG Shop (hereinafter, “YMG”).

These Official Rules establish the conditions governing participation, the conduct of the Event, the verification process, and the delivery of the prize.

For the purposes of these Official Rules, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Official YMG Envelope: Envelope officially prepared and distributed by YMG for each edition of the Event, containing the Official YMG Card.

Official YMG Card: Card included inside the Official YMG Envelope, essential for initiating the prize claim process. The Official YMG Card contains the Verification Code, which will be used by YMG to verify its authenticity and validate the winner, in accordance with the conditions established in these Official Rules.

Verification Code: Unique code associated with the Official YMG Card, used by YMG to verify the authenticity of the prize and validate the winner.

Official Reveal Video: Official publication made by YMG on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook upon completion of the Event countdown, showing the exact location of the Official YMG Envelope.

Official YMG Hunt Documentation: Set of information, procedures, conditions, requirements, frequently asked questions, and other official content published by YMG on the official YMG Hunt page, including, among others, the sections What is the YMG Hunt?, How to Participate?, The Official Envelope, Participation Requirements, The Prize, Verification Process, YMG Hunt Winners, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), which supplement these Official Rules and form an integral part of the Event.

Any person who meets the following conditions may participate in the YMG Hunt:

• a) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation.
• b) Have read and fully accepted these Official Rules, as well as the Official YMG Hunt Documentation.
• c) Comply with the requirements established for the corresponding edition of the Event.

Participation in the YMG Hunt is voluntary and free of charge. No purchase is necessary to participate or claim a prize.

YMG may disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Official YMG Hunt Documentation, or any applicable conditions of the Event, or who, through fraud, forgery, manipulation, or any other conduct that compromises the integrity of the Event, attempts to obtain an undue advantage or claim a prize illegitimately.

Each edition of the YMG Hunt shall be conducted in accordance with the following procedure:

• a) YMG shall announce the beginning of a new edition by publishing a countdown on the official YMG Hunt page, which shall constitute the official reference for the Event.
• b) During the three weeks prior to the end of the countdown, YMG shall publish a total of three (3) official clues: one per week and one on each of its official social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook). These clues are intended to provide information about the approximate area where the Official YMG Envelope will be located.
• c) Upon completion of the countdown, YMG shall publish the Official Reveal Video on its official social media platforms, showing the exact location of the Official YMG Envelope.
• d) The first person who finds the Official YMG Envelope and complies with the conditions established in these Official Rules and the Official YMG Hunt Documentation may initiate the prize claim process.
• e) Each edition shall have one Official YMG Envelope, one prize, and one winner only, except in the cases expressly provided for in these Official Rules.

Each edition of the YMG Hunt shall award one prize.

The winner shall be entitled to select one (1) product from any of the YMG collections that is available at the time the prize is confirmed.

In the case of personalized products, the personalization requested by the winner shall be subject to an evaluation by YMG to confirm that it can be carried out in accordance with YMG's personalization capabilities and quality standards. If the requested personalization cannot be carried out, the winner may modify the request or select another available product from any of the YMG collections.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, gift cards, or any other form of compensation.

If, due to circumstances beyond YMG's control, the selected product is unavailable for delivery, the winner may choose another available product from any of the YMG collections.

The winner shall have a maximum period of seventy-two (72) hours, calculated from the publication of the Official Reveal Video, to contact YMG and initiate the prize claim process.

The prize claim must be made through any of the official contact methods indicated in the Official YMG Hunt Documentation.

To initiate the prize claim process, the winner must comply with the requirements established in the Official YMG Hunt Documentation, including the submission of a legible photograph of the Official YMG Card in which the Verification Code is clearly visible.

The initiation of the prize claim process does not imply the automatic confirmation of the prize, which shall remain subject to the verification process carried out by YMG.

Once the prize claim process has been initiated, YMG shall carry out the corresponding verification process.

During such process, YMG shall verify compliance with the requirements established in these Official Rules and in the Official YMG Hunt Documentation, including, but not limited to:

• a) The authenticity of the Official YMG Card and the Verification Code.
• b) Compliance with the participation requirements applicable to the corresponding edition of the Event.
• c) The information provided by the participant for the purpose of claiming the prize.

The prize shall only be confirmed once YMG has successfully completed the verification process.

Once the prize has been confirmed, the winner may select the corresponding product in accordance with the conditions established in these Official Rules and in the Official YMG Hunt Documentation.

Once the verification process has been completed and YMG has confirmed the product selected by the winner and, where applicable, the requested personalization, YMG shall begin preparing the order.

The product shall be prepared for shipment within one (1) week from YMG's confirmation of the product selected by the winner.

The estimated delivery times shall be governed by YMG's current Shipping Policy.

YMG shall cover the shipping costs for orders shipped to addresses located within Canada.

If the winner requests shipment of the prize to an address outside Canada, the winner shall be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.

If the winner does not accept such shipping costs, the prize shall be deemed unclaimed, and the procedure established in these Official Rules for unclaimed prizes shall apply.

9.1 Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within the seventy-two (72) hour period established in these Official Rules, it shall be considered an unclaimed prize.

In such case, YMG shall publish a unique code exclusively through its official Instagram account for a digital redemption activity based on speed of redemption.

The first participant who successfully completes an order using such code shall be the winner, with the prize being applicable exclusively to one (1) product available in the online store.

Once the order has been processed, the code shall be automatically deactivated.

If the system processes an order containing multiple items due to the use of such code, YMG shall remove the excess products or cancel the entire transaction for subsequent correction, maintaining the right to the prize exclusively for one (1) unit.

9.2 Loss of the Official YMG Card

In the event of the loss of the Official YMG Card, the participant may initiate the prize claim process by providing the Verification Code and the information required by YMG.

YMG shall evaluate the information provided and shall wait until the expiration of the official prize claim period established in these Official Rules.

If, during such period, no other person presents the corresponding Official YMG Card and YMG considers that the information provided is sufficient to verify the authenticity of the claim, the prize may be awarded to the participant who provided the Verification Code.

If, during the official prize claim period, another person presents the corresponding Official YMG Card, the prize shall be awarded to the holder of such card.

If two or more persons claim the prize by providing only the same Verification Code without presenting the Official YMG Card, all such claims shall automatically become void, and the prize shall be considered unclaimed.

If, upon the expiration of the official prize claim period, the participant claiming the prize solely through the Verification Code does not provide sufficient elements for YMG to reasonably verify the authenticity of the claim, the prize shall be considered unclaimed.

9.3 Duplicate Claims

If two or more persons present evidence of possession of the same Official YMG Card, such card shall automatically become invalid, and the prize shall be considered unclaimed.

9.4 Fraud or Manipulation

Any attempt at fraud, forgery, alteration, manipulation, or any other conduct intended to interfere with the normal conduct of the Event shall result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and the loss of any right to the prize.

9.5 Extraordinary Circumstances

YMG may suspend, cancel, repeat, or reschedule an edition of the YMG Hunt whenever force majeure, security reasons, fraud, material errors, or any other circumstance beyond its control prevents the normal conduct of the Event.

YMG shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or any other circumstance arising from events beyond its control that affect the normal conduct of the Event or the delivery of the prize.

Furthermore, YMG shall not be liable for failures of internet services, social media platforms, digital platforms, messaging services, postal services, transportation companies, or any other third-party service that may affect participation in the Event or the delivery of the prize.

Participants shall be responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the prize claim process. YMG shall not assume responsibility for delays, errors, or the inability to deliver the prize resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the participant.

Participation in the YMG Hunt is entirely voluntary. Each participant shall be solely responsible for the manner in which they choose to search for the Official YMG Envelope and must act prudently while complying at all times with applicable laws, respecting public and private property, and following any instructions or restrictions in effect at the location.

Participation in the Event does not authorize participants to enter private property, access restricted areas, violate applicable laws, or disregard the instructions of competent authorities or the persons responsible for the location.

YMG shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, damage to third parties, or any other loss arising from the decisions, actions, or omissions of participants during the search for the Official YMG Envelope or their participation in the Event.

In connection with participation in the YMG Hunt, YMG may collect the personal data provided by participants during the conduct of the Event, including the data necessary for participation, the verification process, the prize claim process, and the delivery of the prize.

The data collected shall be used exclusively for the organization and administration of the Event, communication with participants, the verification process, the delivery of the prize, and, where applicable, the management of consent for the publication of information relating to the winner, in accordance with YMG's current Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation governing the protection of personal data.

Once the verification process has been completed and the prize has been delivered, YMG shall retain only the data necessary to maintain the record of YMG Hunt winners and to comply with any applicable legal obligations.

The publication of personal data, photographs, videos, or any other content relating to the winners shall be subject to the specific consent granted by the participant through the Winner Consent Form – YMG Hunt.

Participants may consult YMG's Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the processing of their personal data and the rights to which they are entitled under the applicable legislation.

All intellectual property rights relating to the YMG Hunt, including, but not limited to, the name of the Event, logos, designs, images, photographs, official videos, texts, graphic elements, the design of the Official YMG Envelope, the Official YMG Card, and any other material developed by YMG for the Event, are the exclusive property of YMG or their respective owners and are protected by the applicable legislation.

Participation in the YMG Hunt does not grant participants any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the aforementioned elements in any manner that may create confusion regarding the official organization of the Event, except with the prior written authorization of YMG.

Nothing contained in this Article shall limit the right of participants to publish photographs, videos, or other content relating to their participation in the YMG Hunt on their social media accounts or through other media, provided that such content does not create confusion regarding the official organization of the Event and is not used for commercial purposes without the prior written authorization of YMG.

YMG may modify, update, or supplement these Official Rules and the Official YMG Hunt Documentation whenever necessary to improve the conduct of the Event, adapt to legal changes, or correct material errors.

Any amendment shall be reflected in the version history of these Official Rules, indicating its effective date.

Such amendments shall apply only to editions of the YMG Hunt that commence after the effective date of the amendment.

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, application, or enforcement of these Official Rules shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Province of Quebec, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation.

Participation in the YMG Hunt constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules, the Official YMG Hunt Documentation, and the YMG policies applicable to the Event.

Participants declare that they have read and understood the conditions governing participation in the Event and undertake to comply with them throughout all stages of the YMG Hunt.

Acceptance of these Official Rules constitutes an essential requirement for participation in the Event and for claiming any prize arising therefrom.

The present Event is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram and Facebook) or TikTok.

Participants fully release such platforms from any liability arising out of or related to their participation in the Event.
